Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for KeepLink paid plans (Pro and Business). The free plan requires no payment and is not affected by this policy.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as Merchant of Record and issues the invoice for each transaction.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees.
4. Refunds
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a given plan. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but if a renewal was charged in error or the service was unavailable, contact us and we will review your case fairly.
5. How to Request
Email support@keeplink.app with the email address associated with your account and your order reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights you may have as a consumer under EU or Italian law, including any applicable right of withdrawal for digital services.
